Ever wonder what it would be like to have the perfect marriage? Guess what keep wondering because it doesn't exist. Here are a few things to work on before or during marriage:

1. Communication- Communication is the key to marriage. Men have a hard time adjusting to asking for permission to go or do anything they wish to do. They fail to realize that its not asking, its simply ok to just tell their spouse their plans or whereabouts. It is easier just to be on one page. Women please give your men their time, do not chastise or create problems when they tell you they are going somewhere! We all know we need our ME time as well.

2. Finances- Finances aren't the key to a happy relationship LOVE is. Finances do play a role in how YOU want to live your future. Make sure the person you settle down with has the same goals you have. Some men are investors and tend to save more, but if you are materialistic and a spender this may cause friction.

3. Sex- We all know religiously we should wait until marriage before having sexual intercourse right? Well a family member once told me "if you wait until marriage how would you know if it's good or not"? Something to think about right.....lol I think sex is important in a relationship for numerous reasons but especially for attraction. It is important to keep things spicy, and each other entertained for the lifetime you will spend together.
